We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist specialising in Google Ads and AdWords to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising our online marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute, optimise and manage end-to-end Google AdWords campaigns for lead generation including keyword selection, ad copy creation, budget allocation, and bid management, to maximise conversions and achieve predetermined KPIs.

- Conduct comprehensive market research, including keyword analysis and audience research, to identify target audience segments and optimise advertising strategies accordingly.

- Implement effective tracking mechanisms, such as conversion tracking and ROI using analytics tools, to measure campaign performance and gather insightful data for continuous improvement.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, generate reports, and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.

- Create compelling ad copies and A/B test various ad creatives to enhance click-through and conversion rates.

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop landing pages and assets aligned with campaign strategies.

- Utilise advanced features of Google Ads and AdWords, including re-marketing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies, to enhance campaign effectiveness.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

- Generate comprehensive reports and present actionable insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience in managing Google Ads and AdWords campaigns with a track record of successful performance marketing.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse results, and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant analytics tools.

- In-depth knowledge of digital ads and their impact on campaign performance.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Certifications in Google Ads, AdWords & d2c experience are a plus
