About the Role :

- As an entry-level sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to prospective customers. Your primary goal will be cold calling. You will work closely with the sales team and report to the sales manager, receiving guidance and training to develop your sales skills and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement : Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs, address their inquiries, and build rapport. Present product or service information in a compelling and persuasive manner, emphasizing the value and benefits.

Outbound Calls : Cold call potential clients and leads and verify their interest in the product.

Sales Presentations : Deliver engaging sales presentations, either in person, over the phone, or through virtual platforms. Customize presentations to match the needs of each prospect and highlight how your product or service can meet their requirements.

Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction. Understand their business challenges and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.

Sales Administration : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in a CRM system.

Product Knowledge : Continuously develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to position yourself as a trusted advisor to customers.

Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions. Work together to enhance the overall customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse individuals.

- Persuasive and confident in presenting and pitching products or services.

- Results-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market dynamics.

- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
