Wakefit - Sales Role - Modern Trade (6-14 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to onboard new accounts and achieve the desired targets in the Modern Trade channel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retailers
- Conduct regular market visits, provide product training, and ensure merchandising compliance
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of modern trade sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and terms with key clients
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in Modern Trade sales, preferably in the Mattress/Furniture/Furnishings industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
