Wahl - Customer Relationship Manager - Customer Marketing (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible for working closely with the Product manager to handle the portfolio and will be responsible for handling a part of the business and delivering against all matrices in E commerce. Focus will be Agency and stakeholder management, and therefore follow Ups are required with business partners/ Channels/ Agencies in order to deliver.
The person should be capable of data mining and analysis and also have an eye for creative work, as he/she will be required to plan activities & work with the creative agencies to update material for E com deployment etc.
All marketing activities- E commerce.
- Network management and delivering all networks
- Liaise with creative agencies, and other partners to implement changes in all platform.
- Partner commercial team in managing the brand support budget and ensuring that brand spends across activities are within the overall agreed support budget.
- Partner creative agency in conceptualization and implementation of media plans for brand activation in e commerce.
- Partner with call center and service team of customer marketing functions in implementation of consumer linked activities like building rating and reviews of the product.
- Working with product team to create and implement new Launches/activities/promotions.
- MIS generation for monitoring progress.
