Area Sales Manager
- Relevant work experience required of 5 - 7 years.
- Will be responsible for Handling a team of 5 to 6 people.
- Open to Tour 12 to 15 days a month
- Strong written and oral communication
- Dealer Handling
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area and for the team
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Servicing the needs of existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
- Allocating areas to sales representatives.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analysing sales figures.
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Reporting to Senior Management.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitor.
CTC offered is 6 - 8 lacs per annum + incentives. Again, the same is negotiable and may vary depending upon the skillsets of the candidate.
