VTC Group - Head - Sales (10-20 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the Primary and Secondary Sales in assigned Territory.
- Handling Distributer and modern Trade (MT).
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
- Appreciate the contributions and accomplishments of sales employees through proper rewarding mechanism.
- Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals.
- Planning & implementing promotions and organizing events to ensure accomplishment of set targets.
- Coordinating with marketing team for sales, trade schemes and promotional activities.
- Initiating and developing relationships with the key decision makers in target organizations for developing the accounts.
- Conceptualizing and executing the promotion schemes to increase the brand visibility/ awareness.
- Tracking brand for better understanding of trends, market, competitive moves and recommending way forward for the brand.
- Generate the revenue though existing product.
- Building and Managing Personal Relationship with different Outlet
- Focusing to sale target along with existing product
- Achieving established sales targets as well as Solve out retailer obstacle.
- Handling team members.
- Preparing team report on monthly basis
- Considering Wholesaler, Retailer & Distributer
- Must have an Experience of Premium Chocolate.(Ferrero, Melendez, Hershey and Mars)
