- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Manager to oversee a team of Sales Representatives engaged outgoing phone contacts per hour. The primary responsibility will be to manage the team's performance, maintain accurate records within Salesforce, and drive ongoing training initiatives to enhance sales pitches for both new and existing customers and meet the Targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Salesforce, ensuring the team adheres to data entry standards and CRM protocols.

- Develop and conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the sales pitch and ensure the team is equipped with the latest product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service strategies.

- Set clear weekly and monthly sales targets, call volume goals, and new customer acquisition objectives.

- Collaborate with the team to communicate effectively with customers over the phone and via email when appropriate, focusing on providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear and professional communication.

- Regularly analyze the team's performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency and sales success.

Qualifications :

- At least 5 years of experience in telesales or a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating a sales team.

- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for maintaining accurate records and extracting data for analysis and reporting purposes.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.

- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and implement strategies for improved sales outcomes.
