vPersonalize - Manager - Sales & Marketing (1-5 yrs)
Sales & Marketing manager
Work with Sales Engineers to:
- Understand customer goals and challenges
- Build custom demos that represent how vPersonalize can be deployed for a customer
- Provide critical demo & technical support and handle customer messages and provide resolution
- Communicate with Sales, Marketing & Technical teams about customer requirements and assist in providing customized content and solutions
- Develop, maintain & support lead management and demo content
- Enable the customer facing teams with new demos
Requirements :
- Bachelors or related Engineering/Science programs preferred with excellent communications skills.
- Minimum 1-5 years of relevant work experience in Technical support or Customer support functions
- Prior experience in speaking with North American customers is preferred
- Think ahead of the curve and take appropriate initiatives to improve quality of deliverables and processes.
