Job Title - VP/AVP/ International Sales manager
Reporting to - US Director/US Head
Target Market - US Market Primarily from 7.00 PM to 4 AM IST
Nature of Employment - Full Time/Remote/Individual Contributor Role.
Key Responsibilities Areas :
1) Strategic Planning and Business Development
- Should Actively engaged in Strategic Planning by Analysing the business market, competitive dynamics and capturing market share.
- Making informed strategic decisions through effective sales analysis.
- New Business Development by Identifying New Growth Engines for the Company through market expansion, new initiatives, partnerships and acquisitions for expanding market coverage.
2) Stakeholder Management
- Interface with key influencers among Corporates (mostly B2B) to support the achievement of business strategies through account & stakeholder relationship management
- Also Ensure speedy resolution of queries; maintain excellent relations with key clients to generate avenues for repeat business.
3) Data & Analysis :
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
- Analyse data to identify potential business opportunities.
4) Marketing and Promotional Activities :
- Develop promotional ideas and hitherto related material.
- Provide recommendations for future marketing activity.
5) Team Building and Leadership
- Strong leadership acumen and could be able to guide teams.
- Motivate, mentor and lead talented professionals.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
- Experience of 10+ years into Job Portal sales/Staffing sales/ SaaS sales/PaaS sales is required with any of the international markets.
- Experience with relevant software applications.
- Good Presentation skills.
