- Voylla Fashions Pvt Ltd, India's fastest growing Jewelry & Accessories Brand is looking for an Area Manager. The job responsibility will include market research with latest in-trend designs in jewelry & accessories, category planning at sub-category and design level, manage category/sub-category level P&L, Export Houses, analyze fast moving products, and manage relationship with existing suppliers.

Required Skills :

- Planning, implementing and monitoring all Sales, Logistics and Commercial Functional efficiencies for desired realization within the assigned territory, particularly providing an annual drive-plan for the whole territory.

- Sales budgeting, Distribution planning, Manpower planning and team development by sales training and capability enhancement of sales force.

- Planning and execution of the sales and distribution strategy for the region. Launching new products and formulate strategy for its growth

- Sales promotion & product promotion activities across the area.

- Responsible for formulation, budgeting, managing and achieving sales targets and budgets.

- Analyze & Review the territorial achievements and respective growths on a timely basis to define the benchmarks and course corrections.

- To Plan, Allocate & Monitor Budgets for Events/Promotions, Signage & Merchandising for support in Business development initiatives.

- Scheme formulation within budgeted parameters and execution of the same in the market.

7-9 years of experience

- Instrumental in scaling up business, should be good in planning and execution.

- Previous experience of handling volumes and large businesses is must.

- Responsible for ROI of locations.

- People leadership, Process orientation and resource management.
