We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Generation professional, who can deliver measurable success. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, an excellent communicator, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation programme, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. The successful candidate must firstly be able to show a proven track record of increasing sales revenues and meeting or exceeding personal targets. Secondly, show they have the initiative to impact positive change to add value to our business.


This position offers Work From Home option and can work from anywhere in India. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years- proven experience in prospecting and lead generation.

Job Profile :

- Generate business leads via Social Media channels, Linked In, Email & telephone

- Lead generation mainly from Gulf countries

- Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via Social Media Channels, phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.

- Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. & SEO optimisation

- Conduct a need analysis and determine the prospects

- Continually research on qualified leads for sales team to get to know the client requirements.

- Generating new leads through extensive social media prospecting, email marketing, internet marketing, cold calling, web search and market research

- Discover and establish new sources for generating business leads

- Managing information on new clients ensuring all communications are logged and are accurate.

- Scheduling appointments for the sale team.

- Develop detailed summaries of qualified leads for sales team to understand and identify key influencers within those prospects to determine the given industry/ market and timeline
