- Daily posts on all social channels.
Job Responsibilities :
- Planning and implementation of strategies for better visibility on social handles.
- Able to generate leads through various social media handles.
- Weekly goals in alignment to organizational goals to be set and met.
- Prepare original content to post on social media handles to generate leads (e.g., original text, photos, videos).
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and Instagram layout, LinkedIn details).
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
