- Business Development Executive helps us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sale strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and Candidate satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and candidate needs.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals with the team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Key Skills :
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support/Business Development is a must.
- Proficiency in English.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.

- Excellent organizational skills.
