- Providing Customer Service for beauty pageant
- Identifying and assessing Candidate's as per their needs.
- Strong and interactive communication skills for building trust and sustainable relationships.
- Maintain transparency by sharing complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Achieving personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Be able to handle customer doubts and queries.
- Maintain database of Candidate interactions, process candidate accounts and file documents.
