About VOGO:

We, at VOGO are building India's largest transportation company. We all regularly experience the inconvenience of waiting for 15 min for an expensive auto or cab to just take us for a 15 minute ride. Not anymore : just walk up to our VOGO scooter next door, press OTP to start and then reach your destination in 10 minutes at half the price of a cab.

Launched in 2016 by IIT-IIM Alumni and seed funded, we currently operate a large fleet of scooters across 4 cities in India.

Founding Team: Alumni of IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Bombay and ESSEC, Paris with leadership experience in business, ops & tech across Flipkart, Amazon, Housing, Zoomcar, Lazada

Role and Responsibilities:

In this critical role, you will be leading the entire customer delight team for VOGO

This team ensures that each VOGO rider has an excellent ride with us - you will drive customer support & feedback across all channels (Social, Voice, Email, Chat etc)

- Oversee overall operations for the team

- Drive all input and outcome metrics for this team : actively use technology to optimize experience.

- Keep the team motivated, coach and train them.

- Ensure escalations and crisis are managed immediately in the right way

- Evaluate performance of team by tracking key call center metrics

- Hire, train and onboard new folks and ensure optimum staffing

- Be the voice of the VOGO rider and work with other functions to ensure that voice is heard.

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a contact center manager or relevant role

- Strong people management abilities: set goals and drive performance

- Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written is a must

- Willingness to learn & to take initiative. Experience in early stage startup is preferred
