VNS Finance & Capital Services - Relationship Manager - Sales (0-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Opening Trading & Demat accounts of of new customers.
- Solving escalations related to Demat & Trading account and providing demo to the clients
- Maintaining good Relation with existing clients
- Acquire and upgrade knowledge on filling up KYC/new products/processes
- Update status of leads on Lead management system regularly
- Activation of new clients
- Seek references from customers/prospects
- Maintaining accurate records
- Working towards monthly or annual target
Required Skills :
- Should be a Team player.
- Should have good communication & inter-personal skills.
- Should have product selling skills
- Basic knowledge of stock market will be an added advantage.
- Should be customer focused and willing to go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional service
