VM - Picsaxis Technologies - Senior Executive - Sales Support (2-4 yrs)
Role Summary :
The Order Management Team is responsible for a wide range of order-to-cash activities, including quotes, order booking, order fulfillment, invoicing, and reporting. This position will be responsible for supporting the growth of the Order Management Team in line with company growth.
Role Responsibilities :
- Lead the charge in how we service our customers.
- Tackle the day-to-day workload, manage competing priorities, and aid in our internal process improvement.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong dedication to customer service.
- Attention to detail with a focus on eliminating repeat mistakes and ensuring accuracy.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Cross-functional business team environment experience.
- Experience managing a team of people, preferably with offshore resource management experience.
- Experience using an ERP system (preferably NetSuite).
- Intermediate to Advanced spreadsheet skills.
- 2+ years order management experience.
