Eligibility Requirements :

- Bachelor/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field. MBA is preferred

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

- Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, or another senior role in Marketing & Branding domain

- Experience in e-commerce, online consumer-focused brands

- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, web analytics, and Google AdWords

- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent communications skills

- Strong analytical and project management skills

- Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions.

Job Description & Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing & communication strategy for tangible growth in the organization's top-line performance.

- Build a robust digital marketing (SEO & SEM) plan for an excellent online presence of the brand in digital & social media, in terms of impressions, engagement, etc., and attracting consumers to the website & app.

- Persistent effort in enhancing overall brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand/products in multiple mediums including but not limited to print, digital, PR, etc.

- Create content strategies for marketing collateral, based on the business objectives, and category focus, and analyze audience segments through all channels (online/offline/social).

- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc.)

- Monitor all marketing campaigns, their performance, and metrics and improvise on them on a persistent the basis for course correction.

- Prepare long-term team growth plan and hiring for resources accordingly for marketing & branding verticals.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the Management reporting and get feedback.

- Conduct market analysis, competitor branding strategy, consumer voice capturing, etc. to identify challenges and opportunities for growth and reflect upon the same in the organization's branding strategy or for feedback to the technology/product team.

- Prepare forecasts of the organization's marketing & branding expenditure and participate in framing the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives & goals.

- Manage the Marketing & Branding team, including guiding the members in setting their current and long-term goals and targets and roadmap for achieving success.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing & branding budgets, and allocate resources appropriately.
