Job Responsibilities :

1 Coverage of allocated territory

2 Validating Dr. identification, selection, classification, targeting & maintain visit frequency.

3 Ensure that Dr. servicing facilities are carried out in an effective, timely and efficient manner.

4 Reach out to doctors through both offline and online means and develop constructive relationships.

5 Problem solving, Initiative taking.

6 Joint working with superiors.

7 Updating reports including daily, weekly and monthly-Sales & Field activities.

8 Generating primary & secondary sales by following set processes

9 Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

10 Accurately document and record the proceedings with each client and report back.

11 Submitting travel expense claims in time.

12 Implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities

13 Conducting medical education programs, conferences, seminars

14 Managing inventory of products at Chemist, Stockiest level

15 Effective use of promotional inputs

16 Be a regular part of knowledge update events and take advantage of networking opportunities.

17 Manage account receivables and ensure payments from distributors

18 Finding innovative ways to achieve sales targets in a highly regulated industry

Educational Qualification : BSc./B Pharm/D Pharm
