Vital - National Head - Sales (10-25 yrs)

Looking for a Head SME Sales with experience in selling to SMEs to onboard them on the Vital Monthly Subscription for small businesses.


Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for broadening and sustaining existing base of SME customers and establishing new SME relationships by leveraging the direct sales, inside sales and DSA/affiliate channels

- Build a high performing sales team comprising of direct sales, inside sales, key account managers) by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance to sustain a team of motivated employees who are aligned to vision and mission of the organisation

- Direct and motivate sales team to establish coverage and distribution to meet the sales targets

- Formulate and streamline a robust sales strategy with a view to manage business profitability, enhance product penetration and increased market share

- Building up Sales Distribution infrastructure & implementing annual sales strategy in line with the marketing plans

- Develop commercials budgets and manage the business P&L and revenue generation

Desired Profile :

- At least 10 years of experience in selling financial products (banking, insurance, lending) or recruitment solutions to SMEs at Pan-India level.

- Must have managed a large sales team for selling to SMEs

- Understanding of channels/affiliates and partners to acquire relevant SME leads

- An individual with the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

- A self- starter leader who has demonstrated the ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation
