Vital - Manager - Inside Sales (6-12 yrs)
Looking for a dynamic sales leader to join Vital to manage the inside sales team. Vital is a new-age health insurance company reinventing health coverage. The product can be checked on www.getvital.in.
Responsibilities :
- Lead of a team of inside sales executives
- Define sales process and metrics for optimizing the tele-calling funnel
- Work with management to define and track conversions
Requirements :
- At least 6 years of experience in inside sales and telecalling
- At least 3 years of experience in managing a team of telecallers
- At least 2 years should be in selling a financial product
- Candidate must be from a bank or insurance company or BPO catering to the financial sector
- Undergraduate degree is a must
- Good command of English
