Vital - Manager - Alliances & Partnership (4-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Acquire and identify new distribution partners (especially those servicing SME segments)
- Manage and support partnerships in acquiring customers for health benefit products
- Develop campaign plans, presentations and go to market strategies
- Pitch and provide training on products and services.
- Follow through with partners and ensure satisfaction with respect to servicing requirements.
- Identify and implement innovative market penetration strategies
- Provide inputs to the partners to adopt new features that aid in customer acquisition and retention
- Create and assess a business marketing strategy for each partner
Requirements :
- At least 4 Years of experience in managing Alliance & Partnerships
- Previous experience in BFSI sector preferred
