Job Description

Business development Executive- Education Program Sales is responsible for managing business of a group of branches in learning industry in a defined geography and is responsible for overall Sales & Marketing Operations.
The job involves being part of the Business Development team for the school & higher education sector in India, which would involve the following:

Job Objectives:

1. Develop market and awareness viz company products and expand continuously the distribution base. Look for innovative and new ways to distribute product and services to schools.

2. Planning & Reporting:

3.Prepare sales plan for the region with detailed budgets and revenue projection

4.Prepare and submit reports to department head with specified timelines defined. e.g. daily sales report, monthly report, quarterly revenue & projection report, Annual BD report

Key Result Areas:

1. Meeting and exceeding revenue target by product. The target must be accomplished viz quantity and value

2. Expand network of clients

3. Relationship Management Develop and sustain strong, productive customer relationships with schools.

4. Conduct Student & Parent Orientation Programmes.

5. Develop a sales plan for the region

6. Brand development

7.Participation in events such as EDU ConvEx (Planet EDUs annual conference) and Championships - Ensure event success by maximizing reach and registrations.

8. Responsible for meeting the schools for generating new business

9. Planning & implementing marketing activities (ATL & BTL) in the region with the help of corporate marketing team

10. Developing long term value relationship with high potential schools in the region by making personal visits as well as by providing direction to the team for conducting multiple engagement activities in each school

Performance Criteria / Key Performance Indicators:

1. Achieve Financial Plan of Revenue and Profit

2. Achieve plan for number of schools for all requisite products

3. Meet product/ service delivery timelines including versions as required

Some basic requirements :

- Candidate must be willing to travel locally as well as outstation

- Candidate must have a vehicle Two Wheller / Four Wheeler

- Excellent Communication Skills

Should be Presentable

- Freshers with completed Post Graduation degree also welcome !

Language Mandatory - English

Immediate Joining prefers.
