Vissco Healthcare - Customer Care Role (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound & outbound phone calls
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Required candidate skills :
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Time-management skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate.
- Should be result and target oriented.
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
