Designation: Technical Support Lead

Location: Bangalore

Basic Requirements:

- 0 - 4 years- experience in domestic call center

- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.

- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.

- Manage and resolve customer issues

- Process orders, forms and applications

- Identify and escalate priority issues

- Follow up customer calls where necessary

- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

- Complete call logs

- Prior experience in Agriculture domain will be plus

Education and Experience

- Graduate

- Lead experience is good to have

- Should have worked in help desk operations team

- Proficient in relevant computer applications for day to day operations

- Good language proficiency in Punjabi and Hindi

- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology

- Experience in a call center or customer service environment

- Good data entry and typing skills

- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
