Visa/Immigration Manager - Marketing - Education (2-6 yrs)

Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Kerala/Mumbai Job Code: 150627

Company - A leading Oversea Education Consulting Company

Salary - Upto 45K

Note:

1. For Mumbai or Ahmedabad candidate could be based out of any of these cities but should be a native of Gujrat and must know Gujrati and Marathi and will take care of Maharashtra and Gujrat.

2. For Kerela/Chennai, a Female married candidate from Catholic origin is preferred. She could be based out of either of these cities and must know Malayalam and Tamil and will take care of Kerela and Tamilnadu.

3. For Bengaluru/Hyderabad, the Candidate could be based out of either of these cities and must know Kannad and Telugu and will take care of Karnataka and Andhra.

- Build and expand our Business Associate network in the assigned Territory;

- Plan marketing strategies for increasing Business Associates;

- Negotiate terms of engagement, signup the associates, provide initial training to agents and their staff, and keep the agent contacts engaged through regular communication;

- Provide adequate CRM training to all associates and support them with routine activities on CRM

- Manage and update Associates application on CRM.

- Promote presentations to agents and drive study visa applications from your region through business associates;

- Increase volume of study visa applications to meet targets;

- Hold regular 1-1 meetings with Business Associates, and reporting managers and team leaders to ensure enrolment targets are aligned and achieved annually as set out by the company;

- Provide support and leadership to the sales team;

- Regularly meet the assigned targets.

- Other duties as assigned.

Desired Profile :

1. Graduate/Post Graduate

2. Min. 2 years of B2B marketing experience preferably in the education industry

3. Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to details

4. Ability to convey reports and updates to the Heads and Director

5. Ability to build and develop effective relationships with business associates and team members

6. Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)

7. Self-motivated individual with a zeal to grow with the company.
