Job description :Virtual Relationship Officer (Inbound / Digital Platform)

Job Location : Perungudi, Chennai

Eligibility Criteria :

- Must have minimum 1 year experience into BPO Voice Process

- Graduation must

- Excellent Communication Skills in English with any regional language.

- Age limit up to 32 years

No of Position : 10

Preferred Language : Kannada/Telugu

Skills & Competencies :

- Excellent communication skills with ,good comprehension & negotiation skills

- Computer/ internet navigation skills & Situational Handling.

- Good written and verbal communication skills in (English).

- Experience working with Digital platform.

- Experience working with BFSI/NBFC related products.

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

- Product knowledge Time management skills.

- Customer focused attitude and the capacity to adjust and to handle various personalities.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.

- Ability to do multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

- Track record of over achieving given Target.

Salary Package :

- Annual CTC 3.00 to 3.75 Lac per annum plus performance and sales based incentives.PF, Gratuity, Mediclaim & Insurance cover ( as per policy)

Other Job Benefits & Features :

- 5 days working, Rotational 2 week off.
