Virtual Relationship Officer (Inbound / Digital Platform)

Job Location: Perungudi, Chennai

Eligibility Criteria: Must have minimum 1 year experience into BPO Voice Process

Graduation must

Excellent Communication Skills in English with any regional language.

Age limit up to 32 years

No of Position : 10

Preferred Language : Kannada / Telugu

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication skills with ,good comprehension & negotiation skills

- Computer/ internet navigation skills & Situational Handling.

- Good written and verbal communication skills in (English).

- Experience working with Digital platform.

- Experience working with BFSI/NBFC related products.

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

- Product knowledge Time management skills.

- Customer focused attitude and the capacity to adjust and to handle various personalities.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.

- Ability to do multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

- Track record of over achieving given Target.

Salary Package:

Annual CTC 2..75 to 3.75 Lac per annum plus performance based incentives.PF, Gratuity, Mediclaim & Insurance cover ( as per policy)

Other Job Benefits & Features:

- 5 days working, Rotational 2 week off.

- Fixed Salary + attractive Incentives.

- Fixed Day Shift, Shift Timing from 9 am to 6:30 pm.
