Hiring Virtual Relationship Manager For Reputed Life Insurance Company @Thane (GB Road)
About Company :
- Reputed Life Insurance Company is expanding its Direct Marketing channel by setting up a virtual relationship management team from its Thane Office.
Role :
- The VRM would act as a Relationship Manager for the existing customers and is expected to engage with the customer to build a long term relationship with them along with upselling the group's insurance and other financial products to them.
Criteria :
- VRM/Tele channel relationship management in BFSI Experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) and interest in Sales/Insurance.
- Language Known: English, Hindi & Malayalam/Telugu/Kannada/Tamil/Oriya/Haryana/Punjabi
- The candidate should be a Graduate with 0- 2 years of experience.
- He/ She should be 34 and below years of age.
Preferred Profiles :
- 1st Pref : Someone who is currently employed in the VRM/Tele channel relationship management in BFSI preferred.
- 2nd Pref : Freshers with excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) and interest in Sales/Insurance.
- 3rd Pref : Someone who is currently doing a customer-facing Ops role in Banks and has customer orientation and experience in upselling
