Virtual Relationship Manager - Telesales - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Job Roles & Responsibility:
- Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that is made to the customer
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis
- Reach Out To Customer Leads Through Cold Calling
- Expedite The Resolution Of Customer Problems And Complaints To Maximise Satisfaction
- Achieve Agreed Upon Sales Targets And Outcomes Within Schedule
- Coordinate Sales Effort With Team Members And Other Departments
Required candidates :
-Age: 24 to 30
- Experience: 1 years experience in Telesales/BPO/KPO
- Good Communication skill
