Virtual Relationship Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is expanding its Direct Marketing channel by setting up a virtual relationship management team from our Office.
Hence, it is looking for energetic and bright people who can join them as a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM). The VRM would act as a Relationship Manager for the existing customers, and is expected to engage with customer to build a long term relationship with them along with upselling the group's insurance and other financial products to them. The VRM would have to ensure that he/she virtually connects with these customer on a regular basis through the various digital platforms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred Profiles :
- Candidates with good communication skills and interest in Sales/Insurance.
- Someone who is currently doing a customer facing role in Banks and has customer orientation and experience in upselling
- Someone who is currently employed in the VRM/Tele channel relationship management in BFSI preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi
- Ability to attempt 100 calls a day
