Virtual Relationship Manager - Sales - Fixed Deposit (1-2 yrs)
- Manage the existing customers mapped to you in terms of sales & servicing
- Interact with customers who show interest in lead-based campaigns with an objective of converting their interest into a transaction
- Responsible for the Cross selling of the Third-Party distribution products viz. Corporate Fixed Deposits, Bonds, Mutual Funds and other distribution products
- Explain finer details of the product to the customer and assist them in completing the transactions online
- Meeting KRA targets in terms of Calling & Business activity which includes, dial-outs (this is not a field job), unique customers contacted and business conversions in terms of transactions, value & net revenue generation
- Generate references from existing mapped customers for New Account sourcing
- Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with customers
