Virtual Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (1-6 yrs)
HDFC Bank is hiring for the below role at the Mumbai (Vikhroli) location
Position: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)
Salary: Up to 7.5 LPA
JOB Location: VIKHROLI (Central Mumbai)

Experience Required : 1 to 5 yrs (sales background from BFSI)
Nature of Job: Phone Banking/Financial advisory+ service over phone calls
The model would be Tele based model where the customer is mapped to Tele RM, with complete ownership. The RM is one point contact for customers with the objective of Deepening and converting accounts to primary relationships; resolving Queries and Escalations
Job Role :
- Handling portfolio of existing customers of HDFC
- Develops and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities
- Deepens relationships by sourcing family accounts
- Cross-sells bank products & build penetration for remote banking channels like net/mobile banking
- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
- Maintains complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts.
- Ensures high levels of customer service orientation to meet benchmark NPS.
Job Description :
- 1 to 5 years of Experience in Sales in BFSI, having Excellent English communication skills, and knowledge of Cross selling banking products. (Must)
- Certified in AMFI/IRDA
- Excellent communication skills Verbal & Written
- Flair for Sales
- Good listening skills and strong communication abilities.
- Team Player
