Job Description :
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for Business Development and Lead Generation Market Research, up-selling and cold calling.
- Identifying prospects through social media sites such as Linked in, Facebook and Twitter.
- Responsible for Primary/Secondary market research.
- Provide high-quality service to customers and prospects by assessing customer requirements, ensuring prompt response in providing product / service information and pricing.
- Profiling all customers by using effective telephone/skype selling skills to promote our products/services.
- Build and maintain an accurate customer/prospect database by profiling and capturing relevant customer and product/service information.
- Effective contribution to revenue generation.
Qualification: Graduate
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
