Job Description :
- Advise present or prospective students by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.
- Counselling students on call, regarding courses and their benefits & influencing them to enroll and guide them to the right centre in their respective city by following a prepared script
- Answer questions about our products or the company
- Any domestic outbound or telesales experience required, preferred for the ed-tech industry.
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.
- Selling courses over the phone directly.
- Explain the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
- Providing the right customer experience
Must-Have :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- The Minimum Age Requirement is 18.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Agree to work as an Individual Contributor Role
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it
- At least having work exp. for 2 years into Tele-Counselling/ED-tech Sales/Tele-sales
LOCATION - GURGAON (Corporate Office)
SHIFT - 10AM to 7PM
SALARY Fixed + High Incentive
SHIFT - DAY SHIFT / NO CABS // Rotational Day off /6 Days working
