Vindhya E-Infomedia - Team leader - Customer Support (1-3 yrs)
- Good Communication in written & Oral.
- Managed team of 20-25 members as Team Leader.
- Should have 1-3 year experience in non voice BPO.
- Must hand on experience on Chat, Document Verification, E-Mail support (Non Voice).
- Open work in rotational shifts.
- Should be fluence in Telugu.
- Must be good with Excel - "V', "H" Lookup. and reports.
- Hands on with Leave and Capacity management.
- Resource Utilization and Shrinkage % & Absenteeism management.
Salary 2.00 LPA to 2.7 LPA based on experience.
