Role - Chat Associate

Hiring for Chat process Associate for Non Voice Chat Process..

Job Description

 I. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat.

ii. Identify customer needs and help customers

 iii . Analyze and report service requests (for example, existing case, file information and new service enquiries)

 iv. Update our internal databases with information about enquiries and useful discussions with Customers.

 v. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance,

vi. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.

vii. Inform customers about new services

 viii. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

- US rotational Shifts
 
Requirements (Desires skills) :

i. Have high standard of customer service mind-set

 ii. Should be tech savvy, comfortable with using various live chat software and ability to multitask.

 iii. Have good sales skills.

 iv Have excellent written communication skills and ability to deliver message in a concise manner

v. Can think on your feet, meet customers at their level, and improvise during a conversation.

 vi. Can work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.

vii. Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Industry Preference : BPO / ITES

Education : Graduate with Minimum 1-2 years of experience in International Chat support
