MARKETING MANAGER

Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years

Job Responsibility :

- Jointly work with customers on Case Studies, Testimonials, and User speaks.

- Directly contributing to Pipeline & increasing Win Rate Business Continuity Dialogue - Virtual Event - In Making.

- Formulating annual & quarterly Go-to-market strategy and marketing plans to enable business growth in the region.

- Collaborating with extended teams/agencies to execute GTM plans and budgets

- Maintain a steady flow of fresh leads into the system for sales follow-up.


- Identify & optimize Online Lead Generation Platforms (webinars, E books, Blogs)

- Work Closely with teams Regional sales leaders, Partner Business Managers, Alliances, Lead Development Representative & BDMs.

- Prepare, implement and execute business plans for the Strategic Solutions and update the plan on a quarterly basis.

- Sell strategic solutions such as Cyber security, Data Protection and Data Assurance Security, Protocol Security and Data Lifecycle Protection, Secure Network Architecture Wired, Wireless and OT Security, Offensive & Defensive Security Controls.

- Understand licensing programs of publishers like Symantec, VERITAS,

- Prospect, develop, up-sell, cross-sell and generate new business opportunities with the assigned accounts.

Event Campaign Execution - 2-3 events per year, managing the development and execution of the marketing plans designed to help Sales achieve revenue goals.

- Promote and engage Strategic Solutions with multiple contacts in the assigned accounts.

- Respond in a timely and complete manner to ongoing RFP's to achieve the quarterly targets.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with key personnel and maintain customer satisfaction at multiple levels.

- Managing very high revenue-based opportunities commercially to meet revenue and margin growth strategies.

- Closely work with OEM or Distributor personnel on various new business opportunities
