Job Summary :

- Talented individual to engage our target segment and wider audiences with the iSTEEL brand


- Should have an exceptional understanding of social media, to build relationships and deliver the brand's unique tone of voice across multiple channels.

- The ability to spot and produce quality content, and marry it with relevant social media channels.

- Should be like a journalist, meeting people internally and externally to create stories in line with the brand values.

Role Responsibilities :

- Managing social media accounts on various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, helping engage and grow our audiences. This will include writing, editing, publishing, and updating content on the pages, ensuring content is consistent and on-brand.

- Executing social media plans, scheduling social media calendars, and regularly scheduled updates.

- Promoting our events, programs, services, and tools through our social media.

- Facilitating online conversations with the public and responding to queries.

- Helping with edits and updates on websites.

- Write and produce quality content, taking into account the conventions and limitations of social media platforms.

- Writing and editing articles and success stories, conducting interviews as necessary.

- Generating, researching, and pitching ideas for content.

- Inviting other bloggers, experts, or other notable guests to contribute content to the Website.

- Ensure content shared on digital channels is optimized to achieve marketing objectives.

- Use content creation and editing software (such as iMovie and Adobe Photoshop/InDesign) to create quality content.

- Liaise with the Graphic Design department to produce marketing collateral

- Collect and collate feedback into actionable points

- Track analytics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing campaigns

- Manage and respond to negative feedback on social media

Qualifications and Experience :

- Any Degree, or proficiency in English, marketing, creative writing, or communications (or related field)

- 2-4 years of relevant work experience

- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills

- Creativity and adaptability

- Excellent understanding of social media, content marketing, and other digital media skills

- Excellent organizational skills - the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.

- An understanding of the conventions and 'best practices' of specific social media platforms.

- Desire to continually evolve a personal understanding of marketing and social media trends.

- Digital media/social media savvy.

- Active social media user.

- Creative, versatile, flexible, and dynamic attitude.

- Stay updated on key social media trends.

- Passion for storytelling in various formats (NOT just pen and paper).
