Vijetha Supermarket - Store Incharge - Sales (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Monitor the stocks and fulfill the orders placed through online.
2) Follow the inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
3) Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
4) Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
5) Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
6) Evaluate new inventory to ensure its ready for shipment.
7) Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
8) Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1) Experience in handling Stores (Supermarket)
2) Sound Knowledge in Products, Brands and their related market updates.
3) Work on retail software-based applications, good in excel.
4) Added advantage for working in e-commerce like big basket, Grofers, delivery etc.
5) Should know how to use mobile apps for internal tracking purposes.
