Requirements :
- MBA preferred but not necessary
- Deep domain knowledge of health insurance
- 8+ years of experience in health insurance sales at Insurance Companies
- Experience in sales through diversified channels - insurance brokers, direct to customer, digital, corporate.
- Experience in managing teams across Direct & Corporate Sales
- Willing to travel
Responsibilities :
- Manage sales for company pre approved medical payments card
- Build alliance partner discount network for the card
- Manage and build teams needed to scale
