Vice President - Sales & Marketing - Real Estate (10-20 yrs)

Job Description :

1. The incumbent must be able to think through and execute a thorough marketing and sales strategy for the company's business centres.

2. The profile will have the overall responsibility of ensuring a 100% occupancy level across the business centres at targeted prices.

3. Some of the activities and tasks to achieve this objective will include strategizing and developing cost effective marketing campaigns that target the right clientele.

4. Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with channel partners and clients.

5. Continuously monitoring and closing sales leads

6. Developing thorough pricing strategies based on market realities.

7. Ensuring contract renewals of existing clients.

8. Dealing with various stakeholders of the communications industry like PR firms, advertising agencies, website development companies among others.

9. Organizing and leading broker events.

10. Providing key market insights during the planning of new business centre.

11. Managing and ensuring timely payments from clients

12. Monitoring receivables and identifying new business opportunities.

13. The candidate must have very strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, presentation and communication skills, and be a self-starter and totally hands on.

14. This profile will report to the Business Centre Chief Executive.

Desired Candidature :

- The incumbent should have at least 8 years experience in above described job with leading Business Centres in Mumbai.

- The incumbent must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- The incumbent must have already performed the above described job.

Educational Requirements :

- The candidate with MBA Marketing would be preferred from Recognized University.

- However, A graduate candidate with quality work experience also can be considered.

PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
