Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop & Execute Strategy for

- Institutional Sales (Chain of Schools, Colleges/Universities, NGO, Corporates for CSR Funds)

- Government Projects (Interact with State & Central Government for Psychometric Assessment Tools)

Marketing Initiatives:

- Devise Marketing Campaigns by closely working with social media Agency.

Team Onboarding and Management:

- Work closely with the HR team to recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing sales team.

Provide guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.

Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to

understand their needs and address any concerns.

- Conduct regular client meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

- Gathering market information, Creating, and maintaining reports on Market Info

Skill Availability, Companies & Industrial Mapping

- Responsible for handling and building client relationships facilitating Psychometric

- Assessment business from client development to deployment. Responsible for client acquisitions for respective domain, as well to achieve the target independently or with a team.

- Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to work under pressure and should be adaptable to flexible working situations.

- Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with clients to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including job specification.
