Viben - Executive - Sales & Marketing (0-3 yrs)
Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Sales and Marketing Executives to help us expand our customer base. You will be the front of the company and will onboard the different prospective clients from the targeted market.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales process with leads handed over from Marketing and referrals from different parts of the business.
- Approaching appointment meetings with prospective clients
- Identifying new prospects and initiating contact for follow up
- Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline towards targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales
- Customer support & relationship management for prospective buyers (both on telephone & on-field)
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
- Organize and assist in promotional events.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Maintain, manage and enrich customer relationship once they are onboard.
- Meet all reporting schedules to ensure accuracy of information.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in the area of Sales
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu
- Market knowledge of Targeted Segments
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- B.Com/BBA/BBM/ MBA in marketing or relevant degree.
Job Location: Hyderabad
Salary: 1.2 - 1.8 LPA (Plus Incentives)
