Desired Candidate Requirements

1. Candidate must be a Graduate/Post Graduate with an excellent academic record

2. Must possess Excellent communication skills

3. Candidate should be aggressive in Sales.

4. Minimum experience is 7 to 12 Years in residential sales

5. Must be well versed in MS Office and ERP

6. Must be well groomed that is smart and Presentable.

7. Excellent experience in handling HNI Clients/Customers.

8. Should have a positive attitude & confidence to accept new challenges.

9. Must own a bike/car with a valid license & papers for the vehicle.

10. Should be Comfortable with numbers and sales planning.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation, Management, and Conversion

2. Collaborating with Marketing Team to develop lead generations.

3. Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers and clients.

4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

5. Setting targets, performance plans, and standards for the sales team

6. Convert prospects into customers by showcasing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects.

7. Plan approaches and pitches

8. Build and maintain relationships with new clients and channel Partners.

9. In some cases, Cold calling for sales of Primary properties.

10. Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required.

11. Participate in Negotiation meetings with buyers & Sellers.

12. Maintain accurate sales reporting information through ERP

13. Digital marketing and other tools for lead-generation knowledge must
