Viaante is looking for Business Development Executive who has Experience into Lead Generation preferably Healthcare Services/IT / Finance & Accounts services for US/Canada/Europe.

Work Culture :- US Shift, Monday to Friday, 6 pm to 3 am

Job Location: Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East, Mumbai

Mandatory/Must have : US Market exposure.

Summary of Business Development profile is below:

Job Responsibilities : 

- Managing Outbound/ Lead Generation activities for an entire Geography

- Supports the Sales Team in winning a client

- Reporting geographic specific Lead Generation numbers

- Doing data research on a regular basis, approx. 2 hrs a day

- Ensuring daily, weekly & monthly targets are met

- Cold calling on Prospects

Job Duties : 

- Building database of prospects as per the criteria provided by the Sales head

- Cold calling and setting up meetings for the business head/ sales head

- Setting up follow up meetings for deal closure

- Ensure that the daily call targets are met

- Collate information on the calls made and update the same in the system

- Create reports on the calls made and meeting set up, on a monthly basis or fortnightly basis, as required

- Work closely with Sales, Transition and Operations teams to understand requests for services.

Skills Required :

- Excellent communication skills

- Stability

- Experience in calling B2B clients/ prospects in the US markets at CXO level

- Adapt with the lead generation activity

- Research capabilities

- Demonstrated evidence in consistently meeting targets

- Flexible to work in night shift

Experience and Qualifications : 

1. Graduate & above.

2. B2B international outbound calling is mandatory. Preferably International Business Development profile for US market.
