Viaan - Content Moderator (1-3 yrs)
- Can quickly check and manage the illegal content of the platform, including the live broadcast, voice, text and images, etc., responsible for the content safety of the platform
- Analyze videos in a structured manner based on the comprehensive understanding of the relevant users and content, as well as moderation policies
- Investigate into and gain a clear knowledge of Indian social cultures, religions, and customs, and deal with the improper contents/users in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Make and execute emergency plans when worldwide breaking news or events happen.
- Knowledge of online legal issues and the technical workaround of a website Strong ability to edit, filter, and moderate the content
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a proactive approach
Qualifications:
- Under Graduate or Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Capable of doing data analysis, risk identification, and control
- Featured with communication and presentation skills, cooperative ability, logical thinking, and resistance to pressure
- Ready to work on 24/7 Shifts
- Fluent in Hindi and English, fluency in other Indian languages will be a plus
