VFC - Area Sales Manager - Wrangler (5-10 yrs)
Job Responsibility :
- Incharge of setting up EBOs / DEBOs
- Primary sales growth over previous year
- Secondary sales growth over previous year
- Collection as per company norms
- Comparison and analysis of competition numbers visa-vie ours and strategizing for improvements
- Implementation of BTL (below the line) activities
- Build a healthy working relationship with distributors
- Strategizing with Franchisee for increased sales
- Timely planning to clear out aged SKU's through promotional activities
- Co-ordinating between warehouse /CFA and stores for billings
- To strategize and seek opportunity in region for business expansion by opening new stores
- Should be able to develop new franchisees /investors as business partners
- Competition watch on market expansion
