Job Description
Customer Care Executive
Location : Gurgaon
Salary : 21 k CTC
Qualification : Graduation
Skills : Candidate should know kannada, English, Hindi Languages.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities :
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Shift : 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)
Experience : Fresher and Experience both can apply.
Eligibility :
- Average English Communication.
- Should be Average on English understanding where is able to hold the conversation and Should be Fluent with the particular Language applying for (Malayalam/Bengali/Marathi/Kannada/Punjabi/Gujarati)
- Candidate should be within 20 Km from Office Location/Even if relocated.
- Immediate Joiners only.
- Graduate/Undergraduate both will work. (Pursuing Not Allowed)
