Associate - Business Development - IT Services and Products - Delhi


Three primary responsibilities:

1) Identifying new sales leads

2) Pitching products and/or services

3) Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

- Candidate will be responsible for selling IT Services and Products which includes CMS Websites, Mobile Application, MIS Data Dashboards, Software Development Projects.

- The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and need to have demonstrated experience in similar domain

- Responsible for Business Development - to map and bring new business /large customer accounts.

- Establish a professional working relationship with decision makers and C-Level to develop a core understanding of the clients unique business needs.

- Preparation of Pre-Bid Queries and attending the pre bid meetings

- Preparation of BOM / BOQ and presenting to client.

- Timely submission of proposal with compliance as tender requirements

- Tracking of tenders which are in line with our focus areas.

- Maintain relations and co-ordinate with internal development team.

- Coordinate with cross functional department to gather the required inputs, documents required for tender submission.

- Responsible for achieving yearly quota for IT service solutions.

- Effectively search and identify prospective clients and generate leads using market research, competitive analysis, industry reports, prospecting tools, etc.

- Help drive more qualified leads to the sales team through various channels - cold-emails, introductions, events, social media etc.

- Creating and maintaining various reports to help with sales acceleration.

- Identifying patterns and trends in data sets

- Track pipeline metrics around conversion, velocity, channels, team productivity, etc. and work on improving them.

- Monitor, measure, and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales channels.

- Track, tweak and evaluate all channels.

Education & Skills :

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject (drop-outs are cool as well!)

- Hard-working having great attention to detail

- Good written & spoken English.

- Must be proficient in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint.

- Actively using social media and email composition skills.

- Most important - willing to go that extra mile to get the work done.
